Actions and outcomes taken as a result of consumer feedback
We don’t like to boast but we are very proud of our recent patient satisfactions ratings which have been steadily going from strength-to-strength in the last few months.
GenesisCare has twenty-seven treatment centres all over Australia where we treat people with a cancer diagnosis using radiation treatment.
Every month, people in our care kindly take the time to complete a patient satisfaction survey on an i-pad. The survey aims to find out how we can enhance our service and improve the patient experience. Reviewing individual comments in the patient satisfaction survey report is equally as important as reviewing the overall trends.
Here are some of the operational improvements we have made as a result of your feedback. These type of suggestions have helped us go from a Net Promotor Score (NPS) of 71% to an impressive score of 87% for the last three consecutive months. Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback.
