Ada Ryan – National Lead
Ada Ryan is the Consumer Experience (CX) Lead at GenesisCare. Her digital expertise and background in the experiential event industry perfectly positioned her to lead the consumer engagement and patient experience strategy for GenesisCare’s cancer care service. Ada is passionate about giving patients a voice and is currently driving multiple consumer engagement, business transformation and cultural change programs.
Fallen Guthrie – National Coordinator
Fallen Guthrie is the Consumer Experience (CX) Coordinator at GenesisCare Fallen’s experience in interdisciplinary design, diverse customer facing roles and background in business administration provides a strong basis to coordinate the patient experience function for the cancer care service at GenesisCare. Fallen is passionate about creating human-centred initiatives to drive world-class patient care and is motivated to innovate consumer and business engagement.
Local team members
Patricia Rasmus – New South Wales
Patricia Rasmus is the Centre Leader at St Vincent’s Clinic Darlinghurst, GenesisCare Cancer Care, NSW. Patricia is a trained Radiation Therapist with a specialty in planning, having trained in the UK before moving back to Australia. Her in-depth experience with radiation therapy for patients provides a strong foundation for working with the wider team in a leadership role for cancer care service at GenesisCare.
Paula Fraser – Victoria
Paula Fraser is the Centre Leader at Albury Wodonga Radiation Oncology Centre and the Patient Services portfolio lead across Victoria. Paula has a keen interest in consumer engagement in healthcare, having led the development and implementation of consumer recruitment and engagement models within the Hume Region Oncology and Mental Health sectors. Leading the Patient Services Team across Victoria is a natural alignment for this role as this staff cohort play an integral part in delighting our patients each and every day. Paula is focussed on bringing the whole Victorian patient experience champion group together as a team, and continuing to build on State and National initiatives to create an optimised experience for our patients.
Katrina Rech – South Australia
Katrina Rech is the Quality Systems Manager at Adelaide Radiotherapy, Genesis Cancer Care, SA. Katrina’s diverse and long standing background in cancer care radiation oncology as a radiation therapist, practice manager, researcher and academic has seamlessly positioned her to work alongside patients and the wider Australian healthcare community. Katrina is passionate about centering all key decisions in the clinical workplace around best practice and optimising patient outcomes.
Isabel Beetge – Western Australia
Isabel Beetge is the Acting Centre Leader at Genesis Cancer Care Bunbury, WA. Isabel originally trained in South Africa as a Radiation Therapist and has been working in Oncology Centres all her professional life. She has in-depth knowledge of every aspect of Radiation Therapy and this provides a solid foundation for leading the team in Bunbury to achieve best outcomes for the patients. Isabel is passionate about a positive team culture with a strong focus on patient engagement to ensure the patient’s journey with Genesis Cancer Care is of the highest standard and as pleasant as possible.
Alison McIntyre - Queensland
Alison McIntyre is the Centre Leader at GenesisCare Chermside, Queensland. Alison is a qualified Radiation Therapist who has worked with GenesisCare in metropolitan Queensland and rural central Queensland. Over the course of working with GenesisCare to deliver the highest quality cancer care, Alison has found a passion for working closely with patients to give them a voice in their experience of care. Alison is focused on working within the patient experience team to create a unique and holistic experience for all GenesisCare patients.
